The saga continues under new management but the abuses are the same!

No Eminent Domain for Corporate/Private Gain!
No matter what they do, it’s still unconstitutional!
Like a friend has said, you can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still the same pig! Carbon Capture and Sequestration is a fraud of mass proportions!
Tax payers should not be on the hook!
All risks are on the Landowners and Communities !
All Property Rights Sacrificed and who profits.
Bruce Rastetter, Summit AND THEIR INVESTORS!
Annual transfer of tax payer wealth upwards of $1.53 billion a year, 18 million metric tons per year @ $85 / metric ton.
Plus the control of corporations and the middle class!
Others will define your carbon footprint and whether you will be forced to to buy carbon offsets to mitigate and control your carbon footprint!
It’s all a scam!
Resist!

Fight!

Do Not Comply!

Help spread the word…. we need to unite and remove those that voted against Eminent Domain Abuse Reform, HF 639.  We will be educating the public and remind our citizens of those that voted against our 5th amendment rights to property, due process etc: https://freesoilfoundation.com/members-of-iowa-legislature-that-voted-against-eminent-domain-protections-hf639-12-may-2025/

See the latest Exhibit H parcels that have not signed: https://freesoilfoundation.com/scs-exhibit-hs-on-iuc-dockets-as-of-04-aug-2025/

Note:  Did you know that SCS has no active docket in South Dakota?  They did not file paperwork by the deadline and their last docket was completely vacated and closed.  Why are they still pursuing this failed venture with no path forward through all the roadblocks that the citizens, S.D legislators and the Supreme Court of South Dakota have presented.

The people united and vacated Senate Bill 201, landowners bill of rights, wrongly named legislation!
The people petitioned and said NO to RL21 with an overwhelming amount of signatures to throw out and defeat SB201.

The SD legislature passed SB1052 denying eminent domain for private CO2 projects and signed by Governor Larry Rhoden.

We are winning and lets hold strong and hold the line!
