We DO NOT SUPPORT EMINENT DOMAIN FOR THESE CO2 PROJECTS OR ANY OTHER PRIVATE PROJECTS!
We are calling on the legislatures to the states involved to stand with the constitution against ALL illegal unconstitutional “Takings”.
We are also asking that legislatures and their Attorney Generals start formal investigations on alleged illegal activities between state offices and private companies!
