Landowners call on Iowa senator to ban pipeline eminent domain.

Sen. Bousselot has thwarted efforts to bring good legislation forward to protect property rights. 
We the People Demand that our State Officials honor their oaths of office and stop this unconstitutional land grab that is neither for public use or for public interest.

The 5th Amendment is clear! It also requires that “due process of law” be part of any proceeding that denies a citizen “life, liberty or property” and requires the government to compensate citizens when it takes private property for public use. source: https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/fifth_amendment
