Tips when surveyors come out to your place. Tell them to Leave and get a court Injunction!
Please, No One Sign an Easement! But if you must, that is your right!
You have a lot of time to decide, no hurry… many court cases underway.
Do Not Grant Survey Access!
Have them Seek a Court Injunction for Survey!
Call the Sheriff’s Office for help to remove them from YOUR LAND!
ALWAYS BE CIVIL but ‘fight’ for your legacy!
Document Every visit by Summit, Surveyors and Land Agents, keep a Log, be accurate!
Do NOT place feelings in your log, only FACTS!
They may use your words against you. Pictures and videos help.
