CHAPTER 26. CARBON PIPELINES -WHY ARE THEY SO DANGEROUS AND WAYS TO MAKE THEM SAFER

Submitted by Barbara Lein, a new friend of the Foundation.

Attached is a literature review with calculations, conclusions, and recommendations. The Origin is a consulting engineer who has a BS, Civil Engineering, a Masters in Sanitary Engineering, a PhD in Environmental Engineering, Taught Environmental Engineering at U. of Delaware and U of Florida before working as a consultant for 20+ years in more than 6 states in the USA and 4 foreign countries. After retiring, he has spent 35+ years performing Global Warming & Climate Change studies. This is Chapter 26 of his book delineating many specific changes and his overall study has 113 stations in the Northern Hemisphere and more than 7 million data points. The book has 641 pages and is still in draft form. He has spent many hours investigating the Carbon Pipeline problem and his goal is to make the problem understood by those affected by the pipelines.

It is his belief that the proposed pipeline technology is just too dangerous and we should back away from the LIQUID CO2 process. Just because we have the technology does not mean that we must use it. The non liquid or gaseous solution is significantly more expensive BUT the money is coming from the USA taxpayers and it is reasonable to expect that we the taxpayers have the right to expect that we not use what He contends is nothing more than a horizontal BOMB that explodes for hours when a rupture occurs, and then sickens or kills the local residents and first responders.
Here is Chapter 26 to his unpublished book that will be released soon!!
