Sen Taylor Speaks on the senate floor in defense of HF 639.  God Bless this Patriot.
He clearly states what everyone sees.  SCS does not have the authority to condemn and “take” private property for private gain.
On its face, this action in UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

My Comments:

The compromised folks in the general assembly and throughout Iowa government are the ones that wanted to subvert Justice.  Our Rule Book was written in 1787 with the Constitution of the Unites States and in 1857 with the Iowa Constitution and are the supreme law of the land.  The 5th amendment is clear.  These folks that are willing to trample the Constitution (s) and subvert the rule of law are the ones that are changing the rules and moving the goal post.  Many of us see this clearly, they are the ones that are indeed committing unconstitutional acts and trampling the rights of hard working Iowans/Americans and all for the benefit of a private corporation.
